Chin Exercises - They're Not Just for Overweight People

Chin exercises are great ways to slim down your face and neck. Getting rid of a double chin and toning your face back down to what you remember it is what we all crave for. Now more than ever wanting to have a fit appearance is for people of all body types and fitness levels.
It`s not "just for fat people" anymore. So how can chin exercises help you?
Double chin exercises generally focus on 2 main areas of the body.

1- Loose and flabby areas around the neck
2- Loose and flabby areas around the mouth
Many people look for ways to make these high profile areas of the neck and mouth look the best they can.

Having a stable routine of stretching, exercise, and the proper diet can help to reduce problems with your neck, even frequent headaches can often be cured by good old fashioned exercise.
Chin exercises are very simple. One thing to remember before you start doing any type of exercise program is that your body is made up water. In order to help the body burn off the most calories possible, you must drink lots of water along with having a diet that is low in fat calories to benefit the most from these exercises.

Great! After your diet and water intake is covered all you have to do now is find a few spare minutes in your day in order to perform these chin exercises for your facial muscles.

Here are a few chin exercises that you can do in your spare time.

1- Sit up straight with your head tilted back. Next move your jaw forward then up until your lips are pressed together. Hold for 5 seconds. Release and repeat. 3 sets of 5-10 times is good enough to begin the toning process for your face.

2- Lie flat on your back. Rotate your head until your chin touches your chest. Hold for 3 -5 seconds. Release and Repeat. 3 sets of 5-10 times, or as many as you feel comfortable doing is recommended.

3- Standing straight up, tilt your head back and gently massage the back of the neck. Hold for 10-15 seconds, allowing your body to feel the stretch while you massage. This exercise can be performed in the shower where you have quiet time to focus on your problem areas.

4- Chin exercises can also be as simple as chewing gum because the resistance in the gum and your jaw provide ample resistance to work your muscles in your neck, face and jaw. Chewing gum is one of the simple and effective chin exercises that you can do regularly.
The main focus when chin exercises are performed is on the specific movements of the neck and jaw. In order to know how to lose a double chin, you must combine a healthy diet with exercise to receive lasting results.

If you are looking for a way to naturally lift your sagging chin and toning your neck chin exercises are a completely natural option for you.
